The easiest way to search for a product is to use the search function. Enter your search term into the search field on the homepage.

Another way to find the desired product is to browse directly into the category of the product through the menu on the left side, where you can use filtering for quick product discovery.

 

How to add items to the shopping cart?

To add items to the shopping cart, first click on the green "Buy" button on the specific product page. After adding the product to the cart, the system will show you the product you just added. Here you can verify if you have selected the correct product and proceed to the checkout process by clicking the "Continue" button. You can always check the current status of your cart by clicking on the cart icon in the top right corner of the page, which also shows the number of added products.

 

How to remove items from the shopping cart?

To remove a product from the shopping cart, you need to be on the cart page. You can access the cart by clicking on the cart icon in the top right corner of the page. In the cart, simply click on the button with a red "X" next to the product you want to remove from the cart, and the product will be successfully removed.

 

Ordering products

How does the ordering process work?

  1. If you have already added products to your cart, the first step required to place an order is to click on the cart button. You will then be automatically redirected to the cart page.
  2. After clicking, you will be taken to Step 1/2, where you choose the shipping and payment method. If you are not registered with us yet, you can do so by clicking on the "Registration" option, but it is not a requirement for making a purchase. If you do not want to register, simply select the "One-time purchase" option. For registered customers, there is an option to "Log in" or choose "One-time purchase." By clicking the "Continue" button, you will proceed to Step 2/2, where you can place your order by clicking the "Order" button.

In case you forgot your password, you can reset it by clicking on "Forgot password." If you don't remember your login email, feel free to contact us, and we will retrieve your login email based on your name and surname.

  1. After submitting your order, you will be redirected to a page confirming the successful submission of your order.

How can I ensure that my order has been successfully submitted?
